2. Reservations and Payments
2.1. Reservation Process

5.3. Conduct
Clients are expected to respect local customs, follow guide instructions, and act responsibly towards the environment and others. The agency reserves the right to terminate services in cases of inappropriate behavior.
6. Agency Responsibilities
Friends Go Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and local service providers (transportation, accommodations, guides, etc.). The agency is not responsible for events beyond its control, such as delays, flight cancellations, natural disasters, or social conflicts.

All complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the trip’s conclusion. We aim to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
